The chilling incident happened in Caversfield, Oxfordshire, almost a year after Harry's tragic death. Chelsea Wilson and Ed Bunker were leaving a friend's house when they turned on the A4421 in Caversfield, a well-known enclave of US and CIA personnel, at around 4.25pm on July 5.
They spotted a left-hand-drive Chevrolet Camaro with no licence plates heading directly towards them on the wrong side of the road, however the driver of the vehicle made no attempts to stop or to change lanes.
