Fees can typically cost almost £30,000 a year – on a par with elite boarding schools in the UK. Harry’s old school Eton costs around £42,000.
A source said: “Meghan wants to send Archie to a diverse and socially integrated pre-school. “She has been in touch with schools and started to make plans.
