As we’ve been reporting, Adam Montgomery — who is serving a 30-year prison sentence on an unrelated weapons charge — is accused of killing his 5-year-old daughter.
Witnesses have alleged they saw him beating her on December 7, 2019 in the city of Manchester, New Hampshire — the last anyone ever saw her.
Police have never been able to find Harmony’s body. But despite lacking that critical piece of evidence, prosecutors still brought second-degree murder charges in October of 2022.
