One video released on X, formerly Twitter, shows smoke rising from the ground as the car sped towards the crowd at what looks to be an outdoor fancy dress event, reports the Mirror.
The car was one of many seen in videos shared on the site on Thursday night, with others showing other autos, one green, speeding along an open street in the US city.
The cars can be seen skidding and "drifting" on the road as they do donuts around the densely packed area before calamity strikes.
