The actors met while starring in Hallmark Channel’s A Royal Christmas Crush, which aired back in July 2023 as part of the network’s Christmas in July programming.
When their relationship was first revealed, a source told People, “They’re very much in love and just got back from a European trip in which they joined her family in Portugal, then headed to Spain and France, before hitting Monaco for the Grand Prix.” Katie most recently professed her love for Stephen in a birthday post in January 2025. “Happy Birthday to the man I love!
