Viewers of James Martin's Saturday Morning were left in shock today (November 30) when a guest accidentally dropped a swear word during the live broadcast. The show welcomed a mix of talent to join James Martin, including musical duo Michael Ball and Alfie Boe, chef Gareth Ward, Alysia Vasey and Si King from the Hairy Bikers.

Everything kicked off without a hitch as Gareth presented a sumptuous caviar dish featuring oyster and scallop. Si King was up next, preparing to delight viewers with his Thai pot roast chicken recipe.

While getting started on his dish, Si shared the story of how he first crossed paths with his Hairy Bikers partner and friend, the late Dave Myers. "We met on the set of a Catherine Cookson drama," he explained, which led James to probe about a rumour that they hit it off at a "dodgy bike sale", reports the Express.

Si confirmed the tale, admitting: "I did yeah, I took advantage of his good nature and he never let us forget it you know," but then unexpectedly let a swear word slip out, saying: "He'd always go you still owe us £500 you thieving g**." The moment seemed to fly under the radar, with James and the other guests not reacting to the slip-up.
