The cause of death for Lucy-Bleu Knight, the 25 year old stepdaughter of Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash, has been revealed by authorities in Los Angeles.The young woman tragically lost her life on 19 July.
A report from the Los Angeles County medical examiner, released on Thursday 29 August, confirmed that Lucy-Bleu's death was due to hydrogen sulphide toxicity and it has been ruled as suicide.
Officials have stated that law enforcement officers discovered her unresponsive during a welfare check at a private residence on 19 July and she was declared dead at 3pm local time.
An examination was carried out by a deputy medical examiner on 22 July. Slash had previously shared the heartbreaking news of his stepdaughter's passing in an emotional Instagram post in July, which sparked concerns after he cancelled a concert.
