A group of children aged 13 and under allegedly raped a five-year-old on a beach. After the horrific alleged incident the boy was airlifted from the remote beach in northern Queensland, Australia 500 miles to Cairns Hospital.
There he received emergency treatment, The Australian reported. A Queensland Police spokesperson said the attack took place at Napranum, on the north-west coast of Cape York in Queensland on July 1.
The boys, who are aged between 10 and 13, will be dealt with under the Youth Justice Act, police say. The alleged crime has caused rifts in the small community and reopened wounds caused by another sexual offence 15 years ago.
