A date rape serial killer claims he has blocked an upcoming BBC drama about his crimes. Twisted Stephen Port – who murdered four men after meeting them on sex app Grindr – claims the show will “demonise” him.
The Beeb prime time series – with Stephen Merchant as the fiend and Sheridan Smith as his first victim’s mother – began filming last year.
But Port, 46, claims in a prison letter to a pal that his latest bid for freedom has delayed the programme’s release. He wrote: “Luckily it has been postponed for a year while my case is being reviewed. “It is not based on any real facts or evidence.
