metro.co.ukGrimes has told fans that Go Won from girl group LOONA is ‘godmother’ to her newborn son X Æ A-12. The musician welcomed her first child with partner Elon Musk on 4 May.
His unusual name is believed to be pronounced like X Ash Archangel (although they’ve since had to change it). The new mum posted a glam black and white picture of herself on Instagram and a fan commented: ‘Is Gowon the god mother of your baby?? (sic)’.
Grimes simply replied: ‘Yes’, sending the LOONA fandom – called ORBIT – into, well, orbit. She has worked with Go Won before on the 2018 track love4eva by LOONA subunit yyxy, made up of Go Won and band mates Yves, Chuu and Olivia Hye.
