St Mirren midfielder Greg Kiltie has been backed to make a strong impact for the Saints after returning from injury.The former Killie star made seven appearances for his new side after joining in the summer before suffering a knee problem that saw him forced onto the treatment table.The 24-year-old made a welcome return to action against Motherwell on Wednesday night as a second half substitute.And Goodwin insists he will be an important player for the Buddies once he's back to full fitness.Goodwin told Express Sport: "We were delighted to have Greg back in the squad and get him some minutes against Motherwell."I thought all the subs that went on made an impact and Kiltie was unlucky not to score with a header late on, as was Richard Tait."
