Jennifer Lynn Lopez (born July 24, 1969), also known by her nickname J.Lo, is an American actress, singer, dancer, fashion designer, producer and businesswoman. In 1991, Lopez began appearing as a Fly Girl dancer on In Living Color, where she remained a regular until she decided to pursue an acting career in 1993. A great-grandmother who recently turned 100 says the secret to her long life is drinking 24 cans of full fat Coke a week and drinking sugar filled coffee everyday.Maud Johnson piles six sugars into her coffee and drinks around 400 litres of full fat Coca Cola every year.The great-gran has been enjoying the sugary drink for around 23 years and keeps busy by going out to socialise about four times a week, Birmingham Live reports.Maud, who walks quicker than some who are 20 years younger, said: "I don't know when I started drinking coke but I just drink it all day."The mum-of two, gran to two more and great-gran to three, added.: "Either that or coffee."Friend Diane Brimmell said: "It's well known that Maud drinks 24 cans of Coke a week, has six sugars in her Cappuccinos and likes red wine too.

For at least the past 23 years, she's been drinking coca cola like that, probably much longer."But she walks quicker than some of the people 20 years younger than her and won't use a zimmer frame or wheelchair.

Whenever you ask her, 'how are you Maud?' she says 'I'm living, darling, I'm living'."She's amazing for 100 and keeps active.

Maybe the coke helps with it all, you never know."Maud, from Redditch, turned 100 on Wednesday and celebrated by enjoying her favourite tipple and some Baileys.Her local Tesco's Extra store even donated cakes and a bottle of sherry for a bash with family and friends at Studley's Entaco Sports and Social Club.And despite once living in the tea growing region of India during World War Two, where her husband Arthur was stationed as a soldier, Maud loves her sugary drinks but never touches tea.Her husband sadly died in the 1990s and Maud has lived in the house in Redditch since 1947 where she spent the
