That’s exactly the position Donal Skehan found himself on this exact day in 2020. Left with no choice but to pack up his life in California, the cook and his darling wife Sofie boxed up their lives and embarked on a long and stressful trip back to Dublin.
All of this with their two young sons in tow. Despite the upheaval, it’s been worth it Donal says as he reflects on the past twelve months in his latest Instagram post.
