The sleeveless garment was cut out at midriff, which showed off some of the Heartfirst singer's skin. The Tennessee native pulled her dirty blonde hair back in a tight bun, and her small silver earrings shined brightly.
Kelsea wasn't just an attendee at the event, but a nominee as well. She was nominated for Best Country Solo Performance for her song Heartfirst at the event.
