Gordon Ramsay's daughter Holly opened up to fans on social media about the realities of her sobriety, admitting that despite the mental health benefits it can be "lonely".

Holly, 22, recently celebrated being one year sober, admitting that she chose to take a break from alcohol as it wasn't improving her mental health.Holly has been open about her mental health struggles, as fans asked the influencer questions about that and sobriety during an Instagram Q&A.One follower asked: "How are you doing mentally?
