Disney+ and Hulu released the first trailer for Goosebumps: The Vanishing on Sunday at New York Comic Con. In the sneak peek, David Schwimmer becomes possessed by something sinister buried deep in the earth as he attempts to unravel a 30-year old mystery, unleashing a supernatural entity on New York City.

Goosebumps: The Vanishing follows twins Cece (Jayden Bartels) and Devin Brewer (Sam McCarthy) as they are sent to spend the summer in Gravesend, Brooklyn with their divorced dad Anthony (Schwimmer).

A threat is stirring, and they quickly realize that dark secrets are among them, triggering a chain of events that unravel a profound mystery.

The eight-episode season features Schwimmer as Anthony Brewer, a former botany professor who has immersed himself in science and mystery.
