Prince Harry
Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, KCVO ADC (Henry Charles Albert David;15 September 1984) is the younger son of Charles, Prince of Wales and Diana, Princess of Wales and is sixth in the line of succession to the British throne. Harry was educated at Wetherby School, Ludgrove School, and Eton College. He spent parts of his gap year in Australia and Lesotho. He then underwent officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He was commissioned as a cornet (second lieutenant) into the Blues and Royals, serving temporarily with his brother Prince William, and he completed his training as a troop leader. In 2007–08, he served for over ten weeks in Helmand, Afghanistan, but was pulled out after an Australian magazine revealed his presence there. He returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment in 2012–13 with the Army Air Corps. He left the army in June 2015.

Golfers to receive 20 percent discounts on ScotRail travel in new promotion

Scotland is fortunate enough to have some of the world's best golf courses dotted across the country.And many keen players will no-doubt want to have a go on as many of the 550 courses in Scotland as they can.

However, getting to golf courses outside of your local area can be a pricey endeavour.To make things a little more accessible, ScotRail has partnered with 20 golf courses, and will be offering discounted rates to players who travel to these selected courses by train.According to the rail service, golfers will receive a 20 percent discount off standard day green fees so long as they have a valid rail ticket for that day's travel or a Club 50 card.Alasdair Smart, ScotRail Tourism Manager, said: "With the new golf season about to get underway, it's the time of the year when golfers are looking ahead and planning where they would most like to play, and with the home of golf on our doorstep, there’s no better place to play than in Scotland."Scotland has close to 100 courses within walking distance of the railway, and we’re delighted to have teamed with many of them to offer golfers a fantastic discount on their tee time when they travel by train."Whether you’re looking for a heathland or true links experience, James Braid or Old Tom Morris design, there’s a wealth of fantastic courses within a short walk from the station, allowing you to leave the car at home and enjoy a well-earned beverage after your round."Don't miss the latest news from around Scotland and beyond - Sign up to our daily newsletter here .
