Coronation Street star Colson Smith appears to have shared a bit of a set secret as he shared a fresh snap of himself on the cobbles portraying his character PC Craig Tinker to the support of a Gogglebox star.

The actor is famed for playing Craig, the son of Beth Sutherland and Darryl Parkins, in the ITV soap having joined when he was 12 years old in 2011.

Throughout his time on the show, his storylines have included a battle with OCD and his journey to becoming a police officer.

And Craig's job as a police officer in Weatherfield often gets him the most comments from Corrie fans so Colson's latest social media was also quick to spark a response.
