They’ve been the hit of this year’s Celebrity Gogglebox. But Ofcom has had 200 complaints about Happy Mondays’ Shaun Ryder and Bez making drug references – while watching Scarface.

Shaun thinks those up in arms should change their tune. He said: “We were being shown Scarface, a film where he’s talking about taking huge amounts of drugs.

So I’ll talk about sailing, shall I? “We did absolutely nothing wrong. Do we not have free speech in this country? Or is that just in America?” He was also targeted when Bez had to come to his house to film the first episodes during lockdown.
