Jennie, famed for her role as Fiz on the cobbles, was on Good Morning Britain to chat about her character's latest drama, which involves the shock return of Tyrone's ex Alina and their baby son.
As they welcomed Jennie via video link, Richard mentioned she'd been on the show for 27 years, but a shocked Jennie corrected him on the spot.
She informed Richard and co-host Kate Garraway that it's actually been 23 years since she first walked into Weatherfield, prompting an immediate apology from Richard.
