Glasgow flats cordoned off after man plunges from third floor window

Police have launched a probe after a man plunged from the third floor of a Glasgow flat on Sunday morning. The 28-year-old fell from the window of a property on Great Western Road, Blairdardie at around 8am.

Emergency services raced to the scene and the man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. His condition remains unknown.

Police have been standing guard at the entrance of the high-rise flats as investigations are carried out.
