A girl was taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Oldham. Emergency services were called to the scene on Tyndall Street at around 6.20pm yesterday (Monday).
Police cordoned off the road after the crash. The girl - whose age has not been confirmed - was taken to hospital by a person at the scene.

Paramedics were called but no ambulance crews attended as the girl had been already been taken to hospital, the North West Ambulance Service said.
