The 35-year-old author became tearful in camp this evening while she was chatting to her camp mates about her husband and sons at home.
At one point, the mum of three started to tear up while she was thinking about her loved ones and was comforted by Victoria Derbyshire.
Giovanna later admitted that she was thinking about her kids all the time while appearing on the ITV show.
