Gio van Bronckhorst promises Rangers 'positive approach' against Liverpool as he faces huge striker choice

Gio van Bronckhorst vowed Rangers will be more positive in the second part of their Battle of Britain against Liverpool as they warmed for the the Ibrox clash against the English giants with a 4-0 rout of St Mirren.

The Dutchman was criticised for his side being too passive in the 2-0 defeat at Anfield and he said the Light Blues will change for the return on Wednesday.

Antonio Colak netted his third league double on the trot with James Tavernier netting from the spot and Fashion Sakala also on target against the Buddies to stay within two points of leaders Celtic.
