CBS has handed a two-season renewal to Ghosts, now in its fourth season, taking the single-camera comedy through the 2026-27 season.
Additionally, the network has given a Season 2 renewal to breakout freshman multi-camera comedy Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage for 2025-26.
The early vote of confidence for the two shows is not surprising as they are CBS’ highest rated comedy series. They have been picked up today along with other CBS strong performers on the drama side, Tracker, Fire Country, Elsbeth, NCIS, NCIS: Origins and NCIS: Sydney as well as the recently launched Hollywood Squares reboot.
Of the bunch, the Young Sheldon spinoff Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage is second only to Tracker in Live+35 Days multi-platform viewership (12.9 million), with Ghosts close behind at 11 million, up 9% from last season.
