It is the first time Prince Andrew’s pal, 58, who denies wrongdoing and is suing Epstein’s estate to recoup legal fees, is being pursued for damages.
She was arrested last week and hit with six charges, including trafficking minors for sex, and is being held in a New York maximum-security jail.
