Gerry Cinnamon 'overwhelmed' as new album rockets to top of UK iTunes album chart

Scots singer Gerry Cinnamon released his much-anticipated new album on Friday - and it's already rocketed to the top of the UK iTunes album chart.

The Glasgow sensation told fans today he has been "overwhelmed" with the response to 'The Bonny' and urged them to take care of each other amid the current coronavirus pandemic.

Gerry had spoken last month of how the  health crisis had meant it was probably not the best time to release new material - but he  didn't give a f*** about numbers and wanted to come up with the goods for his army of followers.
