The 52-year-old actor was spotted out at the racing event held at the Yas Marina Circuit track in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on Saturday (December 11). Gerard watched on as Max Verstappen won his first Formula One championship by passing Lewis Hamilton on the final lap, which fans and officials have been talk about non stop. Lewis actually had the lead in most of the race, but then a crash with five laps left changed everything. Max, 24, became the first-ever Dutch champion and this is his first world title. Gerard wore a bright yellow VIP tag around his neck as he checked out a few of the pits before the race.
