ok.co.ukHolly Hagan has left fans stunned with her incredible body transformation.The 32-year-old reality TV star, who first rose to fame on Geordie Shore at the tender age of 18, became a mum for the first time last year with her hubby Jacob Blyth.
She's now proudly flaunting the results of her weight loss journey on social media. Holly took to Instagram to share a before-and-after comparison, featuring a bikini-clad photo from the start of her journey and another showcasing her post-weight loss figure.
Her caption read: "I've lost 47lb in 15 months post partum with quick 20 minute beginner classes that can be done from home with our app!" She was promoting Team Fitty App, a fitness brand she's associated with that launched late last year, designed to help beginners and busy mums smash their fat loss goals with convenient 20-minute home workouts.
In 2023, Holly added to her credentials by becoming a certified nutrition coach and achieving a level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
