Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

'Genius' woman shares hack for keeping keys safe without carrying a handbag

A woman has been hailed as a "genius" after demonstrating an easy way to keep your house or car keys safe in your pocket when you don't want to carry a handbag.Keeping track of your keys is the last thing anyone wants to worry about whilst on a night out, but losing them is unfortunately all too common.

But one woman's clever idea has been praised by hundreds of people on TikTok and has racked up over 800,000 views, the Mirror reports.

In the video, TikTok user @apple_brat showed how she used a spring hook in her pocket to secure her keys, with an audio in the background saying: "Show me the life hack that you randomly saw one day that is now an unconscious standard practice in your life." She then pulled out the inside of her pocket, revealing her keys that were attached to the clip through a hole she'd cut in the pocket.In the onscreen caption, she posted: "If you are a girl in college and don't want to lose your keys at the bar...just cut a hole in your pocket."Viewers seemed to love the idea, as it's racked up over 74,000 likes already.One person commented "You might be a genius", while another said: "Whoa, this is smart".A third commenter wished they'd came across the clip earlier, saying: "Yikes see this a day after I lost my keys at the bar".However, not everyone was so convinced, questioning why she did not use the belt loop.One user said: "now why would u do that when the belt loop is right there?"But people were quick to point out the benefits of the creative idea, saying it not only looks better but makes it more difficult for anyone attempting to steal your keys.A few people also shared their own ways of keeping their keys secure, with one person adding: "I attach the keys to a carabiner that I attach to my
