On Thursday (December 12) episode, Dex appeared in good spirits and was expected to make a full recovery. However, during a visit from girlfriend Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and friend Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) in the Friday episode, Dex went into cardiac arrest and died.
In an interview with Soaps.com, the 27-year-old actor, who first joined the show in 2022, opened up about his exit, saying that it was not his idea to leave. “That’s where the storyline was going,” Evan explained. “With these kinds of things, you never know.
