General Hospital's Steve Burton Announces Engagement to Michelle Lundstrom

General Hospital star Steve Burton and Michelle Lundstrom are engaged! The 54-year-old soap opera star, who fans will recognize as Jason Morgan on General Hospital, and the 43-year-old chef and entrepreneur shared the happy news on Saturday (January 4). Steve popped the question one day prior. Keep reading to find out more… He and Michelle shared the news with a joint post on Instagram.

They included several photos, including one of Steve getting down on his knee to propose. In another picture, they’re sharing a kiss with Michelle‘s new ring on full display.

The couple paired the photos of the happy moment with a bible quote: “Jeremiah 29:11 ‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’” Congratulations the the happy couple!

We wish them well at this very exciting time. Steve and Michelle confirmed their relationship back in May 2024, and they made their red carpet debut at the 2024 Daytime Emmy Awards in June.
