‘General Hospital’ issues warning about blaze-themed episode amid Palisades Fire: ‘May prove too difficult to watch’

On Wednesday, “General Hospital” posted a message to viewers that the episode could be jarring given the poorly timed fire theme.“Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the fires currently raging in Los Angeles county,” the long-running soap’s message read via X, formerly Twitter.“In light of current events” — meaning, the fast-moving wildfires, including the devastating Palisades Fire that has ravaged the coast since Tuesday — “today’s episode of General Hospital (and several that follow) may prove too difficult to watch for some,” the advisory continued.
