The General Hospital family is remembering Johnny Wactor following the tragic news of his death. Wactor appeared in the ABC soap between 2020 and 2022 as Brando Corbin.
The 37-year-old actor was shot and killed on Saturday morning after three suspects tried to steal the catalytic converter from his vehicle.
Wactor was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival. Jon Lindstrom paid tribute to Wactor in a post shared on social media alongside a picture of the actor. “When the tears slow down, I am literally sick to my stomach at this news,” Lindstrom posted on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter. “Johnny was one of those rare young men in this business who was kind, unassuming, humble, and always thought about other people.” Lindstrom continued, “A talented young guy who just wanted to share that talent with the world.
I wish I had enough love to fill the hole that his loved ones must feel right now, but I know that’s impossible. Johnny will be missed on this plane.” #JohnnyWactor When the tears slow down, I am literally sick to my stomach at this news.
