The full audio of the distressing 911 call to emergency services reporting the discovery of Hollywood actor Gene Hackman and his wife Betsy Arakawa at their home has been released.
Oscar-winning film star Hackman, 95, and his wife Betsy Arakawa, 65, were found dead, along with one of their dogs, at their home in Santa Fe, New Mexico on Wednesday, and police said there were no apparent signs of foul play.
A caretaker at the property was the one to sound the alarm, calling responders when he spotted a woman laying on the floor as he looked through a window into the property.
Upon answering "Santa Fe 911. What is the emergency?" the operator heard an urgent voice reply: "Hello, my name is [redacted], I'm the caretaker for Santa Fe Summit up here about [unintelligible].
