Gemma Collins has spoken out about her new love of fitness and diet as she vowed to become a "fine tuned machine".The 40 year old, who recently looked incredible in hot pink gym gear, took to her Instagram feed to share several photos of herself on a run.The former TOWIE star showed off her toned figure in an all black outfit as she donned a skin-tight long-sleeved top alongside a pair of leggings and white trainers.The blonde beauty posed with her arms up in the air in triumph after completing a run while out with her family, including her nephew.
