Gemma Collins stripped down to her underwear to try a new beauty treatment. The former TOWIE star, 40, took to her Instagram account on Wednesday night to share a photo of herself getting red light therapy, which she called "life-changing".

Red light therapy uses low-level wavelengths of red light to treat skin issues such as wrinkles, scars or wounds. And Gemma was pictured lying in what looked like a sun bed as she tried out the procedure in a beauty salon this week.

She donned a black bra and a matching pair of knickers as she relaxed under the rays. Gemma laid back with her eyes closed and her hands by her side during the treatment.
