Gemma Collins' fiancé Rami Hawash was rushed to hospital after suffering from a "serious accident" while he was at work this week.

Former TOWIE star Gemma shared the news on her Instagram page on Friday, 8 April, as she posted a snap of her taking care of her beau.

Rami was sporting a cut on his nose and wore an eye patch, as he was seen cuddling up to Gemma, who just started her new tour Big Night Out.

The reality TV beauty also explained that she had had a stressful time travelling down from Glasgow to London trying to get back to her love, as she ended up breaking down on the motorway at 4.30am.
