The Hits Radio host has returned with the second series of her podcast, The Overshare, which is described as being "about embracing the art of oversharing with real people and real stories".
Gemma and her guests have so far been seen tackling 'red flags' and 'better body confidence' and it was the latter that saw the Bury-born star take to social media with a message of support to those who had listened and may be struggling themselves.
The former Hollyoaks and Emmerdale actress is a proud mum to daughter Mia, five, and one-year-old son Thiago, who she shares with her Strictly Come Dancing star fiancé Gorka Marquez.
