And so things were no different last week a couple more snippets over her putting in the work on her mind and body in her and fiancé Gorka Marquez's very own gym at their Greater Manchester home.
In one video, Gemma could be seen in her workout gear as she got to grips with a kettlebell. She then moved on to lifting weights and taking time out on an exercise bike.
