mirror.co.ukGemma Atkinson has revealed her C-section labour left her in such pain she couldn't even brush her hair, as she opens up on the ways pregnancy changed her body.
The former Strictly star welcomed baby Mia in July 2019, with her boyfriend Gorka Marquez, who is a professional on the ballroom show.
Gemma, 35, admitted her body has become more shapely since she became pregnant, and she now has more of a waist, which she is delighted with.
The actress also opened up on the pain of delivering her baby via cesarean section. Speaking to Women's Health , Gemma revealed the agony "completely floored" her, as doctors cut through "seven layers of fat, tissue and muscle".
