Usher is behind Elite Bistros, which operates six restaurants across the north west, including Hispi in Didsbury and Kala in Manchester city centre.
All six have been closed for most of the last year due to coronavirus restrictions, which he has said in the last week has been 'very depressing behind the scenes'.
Elite Bistros has been operating a meal kit delivery service since June last year to allow people to recreate a restaurant experience at home.
