Gary Busey is speaking out in response to allegations of sexual assault. The 78-year-old Oscar-nominated actor was charged with multiple charges of sex crimes and harassment after an incident at the Monster-Mania horror film convention in New Jersey. Gary was charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact in the fourth degree, one count of criminal attempt/criminal sexual contact in the fourth degree, and one count of harassment.
TMZ spotted Gary at a gas station in Malibu, Calif. on Monday (August 22) and the photographer questioned him about the charges. Click inside to find out what he said… Gary claimed that “nothing happened” with the two women who made the allegations, adding that it was “all false.” He said that his interaction with the “two girls took less than 10 seconds.” “Then they made their story,” he added.
