I spy a trunky star as buff Take That singer Gary Barlow channels his inner James Bond. The 49-year-old was snapped wearing blue shorts similar to the ones that sizzling Daniel Craig wore as 007 for THAT beach scene in 2006 film Casino Royale.

The dizzying allure of Craig's unadorned blue shorts has given them cult status after he waltzed out of the sea in the iconic beach scene.

Now, singer Gary has given the James Bond star a run for his money as he was spotted sporting a similar pair while on a sun-filled getaway.

Gary was enjoying a break at Lake Como in northern Italy with wife Dawn Andrews, 50, and kids Daniel, 19, Emily, 17, and Daisy, 11, along with Daniel’s girlfriend.
