Livingston manager Gary Holt has backed the club’s call for a permanent 14-team Scottish Premiership.Livi believe the recent resolution should be a two-part process and, now that the vote to end the season early has been passed, there should be league construction.Speaking to the West Lothian Courier the day after Livingston released their own proposal for league reconstruction, the gaffer said any changes in Scotland should stay in place for the long term.He said: “We have got the opportunity to change, but I have seen people talking about doing it only for one or two seasons.“We should be starting to put things in place for the long term of the game.“I think our proposal is really good, with a lot of thought and knowledge gone in to it,
