A footballer accused of raping two women and sexually assaulting another is still playing for his Premier League club. The player, who also played in the World Cup 2022, was last year accused of raping two women in separate attacks, in 2021 and 2022.
A third alleged victim has now come forward claiming she was sexually assaulted by the international star in Hertfordshire in February last year, the Mirror reports.
The player - who cannot be named - is on bail until July, police confirmed. In a statement, Scotland Yard said: "On 4 July 2022, an allegation of rape of a woman in her 20s was reported to police.
