Fuming M&S shoppers slam new look cafes as like 'a poor McDonalds' at Trafford Centre and Handforth Dean

Café-goers have left a string of one and two star reviews on TripAdvisor since the new look cafes launched in the stores. The cafes feature digital ordering boards for the first time - where you order on large screens and pay by card before taking your seat and waiting for table service.
But it is a development that has disgruntled some customers. A string of one star "terrible" and two star "poor" reviews have left the M&S store at Handforth Dean on a 2/5 overall rating on TripAdvisor.
Meanwhile the Trafford Centre M&S Café has an overall 2.5/5 star rating on the public reviews site.
