We’ve all heard of the Boxing Day curry and most of us will have already ventured for a turkey and stuffing sandwich now, but pies and stews are where it’s at these days.
And it’s Paul Hollywood himself who is perhaps leading the pack when it comes to leftover pies with a recipe featured in his latest The Great British Bake Off: Christmas book.
