A group of teammates from Mexico set up their friend for one final goal at a football-themed funeral. The ceremony, held to commemorate the killing of a 16-year-old footballer Alexander Martinez Gomez who was shot dead in the Mexican state of Oaxaca, was shared widely on social.

The video - posted on Twitter by local news outlet Noticias de Oxaca - was accompanied with the caption: "Alexander's teammates fire to him, he scores his last goal." In the video, a group of young men can be seen standing on a concrete football pitch.

One man stands in goal as the rest surround a coffin, which sits in the middle of the group. A friend kicks the ball off the coffin, which bounces off and goes straight into the goal.
