Friends' heartache as 'wonderful' mum put to bed at party doesn't wake up

Mum-of-two Zoe Whelan, 30, was tragically found dead on the floor of a friend's house in December 2020. Zoe had already been planning Christmas for her children, having already started buying them presents, a court heard.

Manchester Evening News reports that her heartbroken dad told Stockport Coroner's Court : ''She was a bubbly girl who was very active.

She loved her horses and would often take her two children to the stables. She was very caring. "I miss her so much, it has broken my heart.
